Campbell University and School of Liberal Arts is a private liberal arts school, built in the 1960s and born right out of the beginning of the Digital Age. As a result, Campbell embraces new technology, and is known for its student involvement in social media. Nearly every school and department has a Facebook or an Instagram–especially all of the Schools of the Performing Arts. Here, we see the social media for the Campbell School of Dance, run by a group called The Scouts, where they document their lives as students and just as people.
This is a comic about a lot of things: friendship, first loves, crippling social anxiety, the soul-crushing amount of student debt. It’s about the students at the Campbell School of Liberal Arts, as we watch them move through their various lives and realities, and we learn all about what it’s like to Navigate Space.
